MILITARY SPECIFICATION
COMPRESSOR UNIT, AIR, AIRCRAFT, SHAFT POWER DRIVEN,
GENERAL SPECIFICATION FOR
1. SCOPE
1.1 This specification covers the requirements for all types
of shaft power driven aircraft air compressor units that are used
to supply high pressure air for pneumatic systems conforming to
the requirements of Specification MIL-P-5518.
1.2 CLASSIFICATION.- The type designation will be assigned by
the Government and shall be specified in the model specification.
