PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION
FILTER ELEMENT, DISPOSABLE, 20 MICRON ABSOLUTE,
CONSTANT SPEED DRIVE, AIRCRAFT
This specification is approved for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification covers constant speed drive (CSD) disposable filter elements that retain all particles
larger than 20 microns. The elements are intended for use with lubricating oil conforming to MIL-PRF-7808 or MIL-
PRF-23699 in the CSIs specified in 6.1.
1.2 Classification. CSD filter element part numbers (PN) should be as shown in table I and as specified (see 6.2).
